On Monday, May 10, Henderson County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Investigator Brad Beddingfield, conducted a traffic stop on County Road 4311 for a traffic violation. The driver and sole occupant of the vehicle was identified as Carlette Kidd.
During a search of the vehicle Investigator Beddingfield located suspected narcotics inside the vehicle. Carlette Kidd was arrested for the suspected narcotics and taken to the Henderson County Jail where she was booked in for Possession of a Controlled Substance PG1 < 1 gram.
If convicted of the State Jail Felony charge Carlette Kidd could be sentenced up to 2 years in a State Jail Facility and up to a $10,000 fine.
