The Athens Rotary Club sponsored four Athens High School students in the Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA), an intensive experience designed to encourage students to develop leadership skills while having fun and making connections. Taegan Allen, Reagan Bellah and Esmeralda DeLa Garza (pictured, from left) along with Matthew Collins attended the RYLA Leadership Camp Feb. 9-11 at the Clements Scout Ranch outside Athens, where they experienced team-building activities along with about 150 other students from surrounding schools.
